Tock ASR uses pretrained OpenAI Whisper weights and the whisper.cpp runtime. Their MIT notices accompany the release and must be retained. Other dependencies carry their own licenses.

For every model, use the license included with the specific artifact and version you download. A future release may have different upstream terms. Training datasets are not included in the model downloads.
